OrthoWorx invites the adult public to a mixer and silent auction to benefit Winona Lake Limitless Park from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 5.
“The Winona Lake Limitless Park is on our community’s trail system. This is a valuable asset for the entire community and visitors from surrounding regions. It helps to improve the quality of life for current and future residents. We invite community members to join us for pre-holiday fun at an event to benefit the park,” states OrthoWorx President and CEO, Sheryl Conley.
Kosciusko County Community Foundation is providing a matching funds grant for donations received at the event up to $2,000.
“We are excited to participate in this match opportunity to provide additional funding for Limitless Park. The park aligns with our mission by addressing community needs for the benefit of the greater community,” states KCCF Executive Director Suzanne Light.
Oak & Alley Bar & Grill in downtown Warsaw, 114 S. Buffalo St, is hosting the event and will provide appetizers and feature drink specials for those over the age of 21 who attend the event.
Event entry is a $5 or more donation at the door per person payable the day of the event.
The silent auction will feature various items—all suitable for the giving season. Some of these include autographed, NBA memorabilia of Mason and Miles Plumlee, Winona Lake natives; an Eagle Creek Farms Market produce box, a round of golf with cart at Raccoon Run golf course, The Olive Branch gift basket and gift certificates from Warsaw and Winona Lake businesses.
